Shift Labs and Hit-Group Announce Partnership

Kiev, Ukraine: May 15, 2006

The partnership between the Ukrainian based Shift Labs and Israeli based Hit-Group will focus on bringing high quality, complimentary IT services to their respective markets. Hit-Group, which offers a range of IT services and develops proprietary technologies, will offer Shift Labs’ Ukraine based development services to customer in Israel. The partnership allows a unique blend of on-site and offshore services to be provided by both companies in their respective markets.

Boris Iomdin, VP of Product Development at Shift Labs, who will coordinate the partnerships’ efforts in Israel said “the partnership to be a strong differentiating factor among other IT service providers and bring significant value to customers in Israel and Ukraine through a unique hands on approach.” Shift Labs will also provide marketing and customer support for Hit-Group’s proprietary technology to Ukraine based customers.
